Blogging Software
I've never set-up a blog and want too. I want it to have it's own domain so no blogger.com, etc.

I need suggestions on the easiest/best software to go about doing this?

If you are looking for a more professional blog, I'd personally recommend MovableType. For a quick and easy solution, do WordPress.

Live Journal, Blogger. I I have used Blogger int he past, and it is easy to put the blog on your website, and designing a style is very easy.

I would suggest WordPress.
Also have a look at Movable Type, which is a popular blog software among bloggers who like to manipulate web designs, formats, and functions.
