Actually there is no cron job - but is does cache the feeds. The setting is 300 which I assumed was seconds (i.e. five minutes), but I suppose it could be minutes (i.e five hours). I'll read the manual and see.

If it is minutes then it could probably do with lowering to something like 1 or 2 hours.

Set up a Live boiokmark with FireFox or other using the feed your trying to use.

Does this work? Could it be because of the type feed? Rss 0.91, 1.0, 2.0, Atom.
