Any frequency is as long as you keep it. If it's gonna be once a month, fine, but post every month. If you disappear 4 months in a row, you're going to start losing what you achieved.

I do think as long as to post the blog stably in a time frame, like every 2- 3 days.It should be okay.But if u have many new ideas to write.you can do the blog update daily.

Google always love what's new. So there is no fixed or limit of frequency in posting.
The important thing is the quality of your content: if it will attract your target audience and gain more sales.

Firstly please note that you should write unique content for your website/weblog. And then about number of posts, actually even one quality unique post per day is good enough for making a website/weblog excellent. But if you don't have time to write one unique content daily, don't worry because one post every 3-4 days is acceptable too for search engines.

Google has "more search tools" in its search, lower left.it accounts for 1 hour ago,24 hours,past week, past month etc.

If you want you can write daily or have it written all at once and spread it using "schedule post" and make sure your not posting your articles at 12 AM daily for your target customers.

Try to check on what is the best time to post articles for your customers.

I love to write articles daily and schedule post them after work for my customers to read when they get home.

To reach more audience make sure to social bookmark it to Facebook,twitter,diggs etc.

the frequency may be not that important. The thing is that you need to it again and again.

For example, if you decide every friday you post one, then do it every friday from that on.

My blog is updated everyday technically. I have a plugin that recycles old posts to the front. It doesn't create duplicate content, because it's not making a new post. Just putting it back on the front page. A new original post is typically up every 2 - 3 days.

You can post every single day also. But the reader must get good information from your blog and must look awaited for your new posts. Keep giving references and old blog links in latest posts.

daily updates really matter. search engine like those blogs which are updated every day. due to me you will have to update the blog after every 3 day , wile other people can read your previous post easily. :-)

True enough. I just blog when I feel like blogging, I make note of topics and titles I want to write about, and when I'm in the mood, I type the article up and hit publish, simple as that. Now, this can be daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, and sometimes I won't blog for an entire weekend. I suppose I enjoy it otherwise I wouldn't do so much of it, but I really don't worry myself with the whole 'perfect new content frequency' deal, if I do i'll probably start to FORCE myself to blog, and those articles will more than likely turn out to be utter rubbish.

So for me, the best frequency for blog posts (worded awkwardly isn't it?) is basically when I feel like it. I run the show, I'm in control, I will NOT let my blog decide when it's time for me to write. Nor will I let my readers decide either, so that niche business, whatever. My readers can just sit around anxiously awaiting my new delicious content.
