I'm familiar with NucleusCMS and WordPress, WordPress has to be my favorite. It's easy to use and more importantly, easily customizable. Granted I don't do a lot of modification to my blogs, but it does make life a lot easier.
Nucleus is close second, IMHO, but there is just so much available for WordPress I would have to choose it as #1 right now.
Yeah, Wordpress is super-easy, even if you don't really know PHP. If your hosting panel has Fantastico, you can set the whole thing up in only a couple of screens.
I had put off starting my own blog for awhile until I finally tried WP and then I was kicking myself because it was so darn easy.
There are many blog CMS out there and I think it’s very hard to say one is better than the other. If you new to blogging I would suggest WP because of the its large community of users. Other good ones are S9 and B2.
