Wordpress error

My blog site was working the first minute then i just got this error which i can understand and i would really love it if some can help.

WordPress database error: [Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_4ad2_0.MYI' (Errcode: 30)]

What does it mean?

That's MySQL specific.

Have you created a top level (root) \tmp directory, under the drive letter that mysql is installed under?

What version of MySQL are you running?

You should also check mysql's error log, under the data dir file with extension .err
