Help needed in Wordpress site

Hi,
My website is developed in Wordpress, now i am doing directory submissions of my website, but the reciprocal linking scripts of all the directory websites didn't found the required reciprocal link on my website, i am facing the same problem on another website which is also developed in Wordpress. I think Wordpress is not allowing the reciprocal script of directory website to read my website's page.

Can anyone know how to tell Wordpress that please allow the reciprocal linking script of directory website to read the required reciprocal link on my website.

Are you putting it in footer.php file or in the websites main META index.php display theme page?

You can always try to add a <? include=""> on the main WP page files, so it tracks the submission link.

PS: I take it you already tried to attach it to your menu eh.

Since i use thesis framework i don't have index.php i have to use it into custom_functions.php file so........

It would be so kind of you if you give a proper sample of <? include="">

i am putting their anchor reciprocal links in a separate file but something is not allowing bots to read that links
