Hi, I've just setup word press, I am wondering how do I get rid of this irratating "Meta" menu?

Not sure to be honest.

I used to remove it because I'm sure spammers used the link as a way of finding blogs to spam (my conspirory theory!) but since the spam plugins have come out I've left it in.
