Redirect what?

Why do you need one? I can list some plugins but would like to know what you want to redirect.

Depending on what you want to 301 redirect, you might not even need a plugin. We need more details to give you a better answer. FYI, I did a fast search for some plugins because I didn't know what you wanted to redirect.
