Formatting issues after Upgrade to Wordpress 3.4

Since I have updated two sites to 3.4, I have experienced formatting issues with both pages and posts. The problem is my paragraph breaks have disappeared.

A couple of things to note. Both WordPress installations are on Go Daddy and I use the Ultimate TinyMCE editor.

I have not heard of any other issues like mine, but thought I would share and let folks know so they could check their own WP sites.

A note to the mods, if this post belongs in another thread, please move it to the appropriate place.

Haven't heard this about the latest update but this might help from previous issues:
How to Add a Paragraph Break in WordPress

There is also a trick of fixing via your functions file but of course, now that someone needs that help, I can't find it.

I think its because of your theme. It can't support the new version of wordpress

Thanks for the prompt answers. I don't know what it means, but my WP installations use different themes and suffered the same problem. Maybe it's an editor issue if its just me running into this.

Anyway, it's fixed now. Thanks again.
