Adding Google Calendar to WordPress Blog

Hi, folks.

I would like to add a small version of my Google Calendar to my WordPress blog.

However, being new to blogging, I don't know how to do it. I just have MANY questions:
Exactly what file, if any, needs to be edited?
What PHP code needs to be edited (I hope not much, because I know almost no PHP).
etc.

Would somebody in these forums have step-by-step instructions for getting this done?

Your help is appreciated.

Just insert the HTML into whatever part of the site u want it in.....

I don't think it is that easy.

Isn't WordPress written in PHP? That means I would first have to edit the PHP code that is generating the HTML code.

But even before I got that far, I would have to find the folder and file in which that particular section of code is included.

I am paranoid about messing something up so, rather than blindly altering code, I was hoping somebody could tell me EXACTLY how to go about it.
