How to Migrate Blogspot to Wordpress?

I think there would be a number of migration tools to migrate from blogspot to wordpress. But for a high traffic blog would loss traffic if in the migration the structure of the links get changed. Is any one ever been migrated a blogspot blog to wordpress? How did you prevent the links' structure change.

A Comprehensive Guide for Importing Blogger to WordPress

There have been a myriad of articles written about migrating from Blogger to WordPress in the past. I know, because I’ve referenced a lot of them. Just a few weeks ago we had a client who needed to move from Blogger and somehow I ended up with the project. I thought I was the boss?

ANYWAY, I hadn’t done a transfer like this for over a year, and I found out the hard way that a lot of things have changed in that time, so I decided it was time for a fresh new tutorial about moving from Blogger to WordPress.

yes, that's possible, you only keep that page with same URL name.
Now redirect old URL to New URL with 301.

These things depend on your domain also, means if you are using custom domain so everything will be perfect but if you are using subdomain so that may be created such problems for you.
