it's not automatic... You post your blog opportunity stating what you want people to blog about, you can create guidelines such as PR, Age of Blog, readership, content, word count, and number of links + anchor text they have to have pointed at you. Most blog posts go for $4 there, but some people will offer $5-10. The more you offer the more people that you'll likely find willing to blog about you.
