Looking for an Email Subscription Plugin for my Website

What are some of the better Email subscription plugins out there?
I keep seeing MailChimp as an option. Does anyone use this and what do you like about it.

And just something I'd like to see is the ability to announce new images easily. My site is made up of collections of image galleries that I add images to quite frequently. If I could let my subscribers know of new images as well as posts it would be a huge plus.

Sorry but I do not understand really well what you want to do here...

Mailchimp, getresponse, aweber and so on are services not plugins. I mean they do have probably their own plugins but they are usually worthless.

So you need plugins that will make easy for you to put different designs on your site or...?

The thingy with images are not really understandable... you want to send to your subscribers each time you post an image, or you want a plugin for easier posting of images?

I need something to sign up subscribers and keep them updated when new a new post is added to my site.
Does anyone have suggestions?

And as far as the images, I just want to know if it's possible to notify subscribers when new images are added to galleries already on my site.

If you are looking for free email subscription service then Mailerlite is good for you. Or you can use JetPack plugin for the subscription to keep your subscribers updated when you publish a new blog post.

Well you may use service like : feedburner or jetpack plugin for your site.

You should try push notification because there is no need to enter anything, just click on allow and then one can easily get notification about your new post.
