Wordpress Plugin to Automatically Post

Is there a plugin that would allow you to set a day + time to have a draft automatically posted? It would be great if I write a draft and set it to post on a given day at 4am or something.

looks interesting, but how do you change the date/time stamp? do I manually have to change a PHP file? That would be pretty time consuming to do all the time. I'd love to set all my posts to come up at like 4am so it's only 7am eastern time when they appear. (for the morning readers

I actually use this method of "post-dating" my posts. The link above mentions that it sometimes doesn't work and this tends to happen when you have custom queries that select posts without looking at the date of the post...

When u write a post, you have a expandable option called post time stamp on the right hand menu....

Need to change the date and assign a time there

I looked at that blog post, and it doesn't look like what I'm looking for. I'll probably give it a go though and see what the end result is.

I'm still not happy with how it's being used though.

I thought you could already do this by adjusting the timestamp to the future ?

didn't work, it just published.

I'll try another one, but I'll "save" it with the future timestamp. although I'm pretty sure it will probably just save until I publish it.

Eliott Back's plugin reminds me of the invention of the gun. Sure you can hunt food with it, but it's going to be used in war more often.

Yup, i have one post schedule for new years night....will be at the beach...but my blog will be working overtime...hehehehe

You dont need a plugin.

Use the dashboard of WP and choose "Scheduled Entries"
