Got my Blog back! Advice please !

I just recently started putting the finishing development touches on my blog after the wordpress.com fiasco. Although I still use a wordpress template.

I used a domain that I previously had for sale, so it was already seasoned, ranked and indexed, and it dictated my new name, which is now
D.WEB. Consulting and Development. (before, I didn't really call myself anything, I was just contacting leads and getting clients)

The plan was to wait for our design guys to do it for me , the first of the year, but I couldn't wait.

Since you guys are regular Bloggers, I would appreciate any feed back on how it flows. There is still a lot to be done with the content, but I'm looking for an overall impression.

the new blog layout looks nice and clean, and great use of pages to add additional content to the blog.
