I implemented Joomla!
Not sure how u regard Joomla! But I used it as my blogging software. It's great and flexible and full of functionality. You can even build your own community with this software. Best of all, it's FREE - an open source software. Until now I'm still loving it very much. You can take a look at

Joomla is really cool i tried useing it but realized it wasnt for me though. But i still believe its functions are very useful!

Yeah I tried Joomla.
I found it perfect except for the fact that you need to always make sure you apply all the updates. As it is an open source platform and very common, there are bots just looking for un-patched versions.

I run Joomla also. I love this CMS. I think SEO is NOT it's strength though.
