How to Change Header at Blogspot?

hi, i have a blog. i tried to change header and want to put a custom header.
but im clueless how will i do this. could you please show me the way. it would be very helpful. thanks.

Get the code of your blog on the template option of blogger and edit it on dreamweaver. From the design view, try to click the header of your current blog and paste the new one. Just edit the size of the new header to fit perfectly.

but i dont have dreamweaver. is there any other way i can do it?

Easy way out.

Find this at the top of your template.

Code:

 #header {
    background:#476 url("http://www.blogblog.com/rounders4/bg_hdr_bot.jpg") no-repeat left bottom;
    margin:0 0 0;
    padding:0 0 8px;
    color:#fff;
    }

Create image. 740px wide by 150px tall.
Upload somewhere.
Change the image URL in your code above to the new location.
