PayPerPost has many other problems. The bloggers are often complaining about them. It looks like PPP will never go out of beta, they have plenty of bugs, and the support is really low.

Why would someone pay for a back link that will not count anyways? It doesn't make sense. They are cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

I have been blogging with them since Sept. of last year and up to today I have made $1,995.64.
I started with a blogger blog with a PR3. In January, I flipped to my own domain (PR0) and now have a PR4 with this last update. In this last week, I am averaging about $30 a day in opps from them.
So if you want to make money from them, you can.
Their support system is lacking. However, they are working on it. They now have tickets (instead of email) for their support. I have not had it take more than 48 hours for them to get back to me.
As a blogger, paypal should not be taking any fees out. I have yet to have it happen.
If you want to make money with them, you can.

And the link doesn't count why? The search engine big guys have already said that they don't actively search out paid links.

Because PayPerPost doesn't require a blogger to keep it on their blog for more than 30 days.

But the majority of bloggers do keep it up forever. I know, I am one of them.

Doesn't matter what they do. In business it is about what they are obligated to do.

But then the prices will go up. I permanent link on a PR4 blog is worth a heck of a lot more than $5.

Depends on the blog. Some bloggers sell links to any viagra site with $10, and those links on that type of blog aren't going to carry a lot of weight.

True. I'll give you that one.
That's why there are always opps on PPP that want a high PR, low Alexa and Technorati, 4 links and 3 pictures -- and the opp is only $5. LOL

Because the advertisers pay for a 30 days period..
I think that it is known to him
Its like buying ad space.. you get what you paid for, why should there be any obligation ?
Obligation would mean that just because the support may be slow for some, you dont go around bad mouthing the people who support your blogs..
I have made much with ppp to complain
Hi Lisa, nice to see you here

Can't we all just get along. If v7n is offering a better product, then they will become the leader.
I've made over $3k since January on PR 1 and PR 2 blogs. Now I have PR 3 blogs.... and it just gets better. I look forward to seeing what Contextual Links @v7n can do for me. It could be awesome.
