i would like to know what are the things that you all guys used in improving your blog? bcause i'm struggling right on how to improve and create a design on my blog... can anyone give me a site that has some tools in designing a blog.

Send a message via AIM to waffles
Keep things simple. People aren't going to your blog to see your cool design, they're going to read your content. I go through about 50 RSS feeds before breakfast, and I've dropped some because the thing was just ugly and/or too hard to read.

Remember that repetitive format of a blog, as well. You don't want to overwhelm the viewer with too-strong formatting of dates and article headers, but you also don't want the user to get lost from article to article.
