Sitemap works in FireFox, not in IE7...why????
The sitemap link at the bottom of www.startuphustle.com works in firefox but not in IE. I have no idea why. Any ideas?

I get a 404 from both IE and FF.

Check the actual file name of the page because it must be different than you are using for the link.
