Yes, there are degrees where Google enforces their TOS. I have never heard of anyone getting banned from Google for selling their blog. Remember, Google shouldn't dictate your decision of what you would like to do with your blog.

If someone else is interested, I don't see why not! If you are afraid, then do a redirect from tinyurl.

Now, about your last question on the transfer...you can always transfer it with your account. Remember, it's linked to your gmail, etc...just keep that in mind if you want to sell it.

You can sell it, it depends on the person you sold it to. Its just a matter or exchanging payment quietly and you handing over the access info to the person.

If you want to sell your blogs get a web host that has blog scripts in their cpanel. You would have to buy a domain and pay for web hosting though but that is pretty cheap. That way you own the domain name and can sell it without worrying about getting caught. Your blog might be worth more money if you do it this way too. You can also download blog scripts online.

You could also find a free host that will host your blog for free if you do some searching.

I think it is if you don't use your real name. You can use anything for a user name and edit your personal info before you sell it. You can't do that when you sell a domain or website I don't think. So if selling a blog isn't safe then is selling a website unsafe?

it is possible to sell blogs, you can do it personally or you can have someone to have a deal with, but it is against the regulation of blogger.

Giving you BLOGGER username and pasword is the only way to transfer your account upon selling it. Its against Google TOS like what others have said...

it's disaster to sell blogspot if one's username is same as gmail ID........ i have got some offers from DP members to sell me blog for nice dollars but i rejected them.....
