Do you find you get better?
Here's a question for everybody, I've always thought I was a decent writer but I can tell my little blog lacks some of the good "blog" writing style I'm hoping to develop. Do you find that over time you really improve your writing, or just your understanding of the other elements of blogging such as attracting visitors?

But my question is, how do you know what to do? Do people have to write you angry comments that say things like "you're 111th word didn't fit in at all, I swear if I EVER find out where you live I'm going to...", or does it happen naturally through reading all your old posts and saying to yourself "man, that was really stupid what I did there"?

More often, You will find it yourself by having a look on your previous post. A comment from others is also a way to find it. But the most important thing is you don't need to edit all your past post for some good look. It would be better if you improve in the future post instead.

As long as you can get your point across in a clear concise way, you shouldn't worry about being a grammatical major. Edit your posts at least three times and for those extra long articles, make sure you take a long break before you publish the article, then re read it. This technique generally helps me rewrite sentences and complete paragraphs.
Unless you have people commenting on your blog asking you WTF are you talking about, I think the point is coming across.

Important element of blogging is to have a good writing skills. Honestly, at first I am not good in article writing but through perseverance and hardwork I learned the article writing and continue to research on what is the other elements of blogging. Other elements is to know the link building strategies, reciprocal links, adsense, social media and a lot more.

I had a gadget blog for over a year and a half (I eventually sold it and now am focusing more on design).
Anyway, I wasn't a bad writer but I wasn't the best one either. Writing pretty much on a daily basis you do get better.
At the beginning it was very tough for me to just start writing, but soon I would notice that I could look at a story and start writing. Thoughts began to flow better, my vocabulary improved, etc. etc.
You can tell you have improved when you do look back, but it's also how you write now, how your thoughts come together. As time goes on these should improve as well.
Writing is kinda like a muscle . . .the more you do it, the better you will be at it. It's like everything really.

It happens, and the word nazis will find every error in grammer, and spelling that never ends lol! You just have to roll with the punches. As with any skill trial and error can be the best teacher with time and self evaluation (those negative comments can be helpful) you will get better, you will gain readers, and make money. It takes time to get people interested, but if you're a good writer with interesting content they will come.

In creating your blog, you must choose a certain niche that you really know, so that you can write different topics as you want...

Blogging is not only good in writing skills but in communication skills too. The more you can communicate to other people the bigger the chance that you can write a good article on your blog.

In theory, the more you write the better you will become, and I will stand by that...however I also stand by the notion that everyone is not meant to be a writer.

That is true, but those who do have talent get better through experience.

Of course, time and experience teaches you a lot! As far as attracting visitors (readers) is concerned, no other element is of the utmost importance than that of writing itself. My writings today are far better than those one year back, but I still feel that there's room for improvement.

It's all about learning by doing when it comes to blogging. At least that's my opinion.

You will not become a successful writer if you did not get mistakes by your own writings especially the grammar.
