question regarding blogger

my simple question is , what is the method of transfering your blog from one account to another or one e-mail address to another

The master account, where the blog was generated, will always have administrator privileges - you can't remove them, although you used to be able to a while back. You can share administrator privileges with a second (or subsequent) email address by going to your dashboard and clicking Settings -> Permissions -> Add Authors.

thanks countryboy i already know that, i was thinking that there might be some way of doing that, but i think you are right there is no way to do so, and i have to be dependant on that e-mail, blogger should have this option available.

I think it's to prevent people from selling and transferring their blogs.
