Changing Blog Title
I started my new blog for a month now. Now I'm thinking of changing its name. I've already registered with quite a number of Directories. If I would to change it now, will there be any repercussion or "damage", like lost of traffic, or ranking in Search Engines? Any comments?

It will definitely effect those things but if you're sure your new title is an improvement I think it's certainly worth it.

If you are only 1 month into it - definitely make the switch.
Good luck.

I think you can make the change and that will not affect since it is one month old, IMO.

You have got to be really careful when changing Blog Title, because it could mean specific keywords which is used to rank your site in the search engine will be changed.

but if traffic drop, and you didn't buy your backlinks, the owner of the sites your linked to may drop those links which will result in a lose of PR!

Obviously your current title would be different from the one you use back then, if you want you can update your content in the said directories some of them offer that function but I think most of them don't. As for the traffic I think it will not change because the landing page of the visitor from the said directories is still on your URL.

I recently changed the name of my blog to match my domain name. It did not change my traffic, except for possibly an increase because it was easier to find me! My site name now matches my url. You should be able to go back & update the directories or re-register.

The page title is one of the most important factors in SEO so if you feel that changing the title will add relevance, I'd humbly suggest go ahead and change it asap.

One-month old is not so old. Switch it to new name and repeat what you are doing on your old blog name. This technique will regain what you have lost.
