How to display adsense ads like my web thebeautyonline.com is using

Or How to display ads at the desired place in wordpress by using adsense manager plugin?

For skyscraper and rectangler. (i AM not talking about putting adsense code into plugin file, or activation of plugin).

Thansks for ur help but it shows that i need to add adsense ads manually. One by one for each and every page. any other altervate

I am talking about adsense manager plugin. by using this plugin can i add ads automatically or do i need to go manually ?
