1cent click is what the least you can expect from Adsense. So if you are interested in Adsense for your blog, just pay attention to the above! You will see the benefit within few months.

I use the Adsense wiget for wordpress I 'm starting to get more hits but it can take along time unlesss you have good content.. anyway adseense jsut pays for my server I dont expect to make my living out of it

That right there is where your going wrong you just put the blog up one week ago and your expecting to make money. The idea behind building any type of business is to build a name, a brand.

Promote viral content and keep doing it even if it takes your 12 hours a day non-stop and make sure its viral professioal content and do your research it takes a lot of work to get any type of business going and if you plan on making money through adsense, affiliates, and etc there is way better ways of making cash through them type of things.

I agree about the look of the ads though even if you tinker with the colour schemes they still look the same to me.

adsense on my blog works...I manage to generate at least $1 a day (crap income!!)
