Yes, it gives you TITLE, KEYWORDS, DESCRIPTION options for each post

If you are using Wordpress, I recommend to not get banned for multiple pings. Did you know that every time you go back into an article and fix or change something, it pings the blog sites. So this will result in your post getting banned. To combat this, I recommend downloading MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer

Wp Super cache

Optimal Title Plugin

Google XML Sitemaps Plugin

If you are going to be doing any type of writing in Wordpress, from just typing an article, to html coding, I recommend getting a better WYSIWYG editor. I use Dean’s FCKEditor for Wordpress.

There are some other good Wordpress Plugins, but it depends on what you will be posting on your blog. I have yet to get my website down to just one category. I like writing about everything and posting images. So for images I use Lightbox plugin, adds a nice visual effect to images.

I can really recommend WordPress Database Backups.
It automatically backs up all your database tables and sends them to your mail.
Daily, weekly or every hour...

These should still work on a subdomain. DO you mean www.subdomain.domain.com
If so you shouldn't have any problems.
