You must be referring to wordpress.com. This is similar to blogger.com or blogspot.com

When we talk about wordpress being better than Google's Blogger, we are referring to wordpress.org. The place where you download the wordpress software and install it in your own hosting account.

May i ask the question, what are the likely reasons why Blogger or Wordpress suspend blogs. I asked this question so as to be able to decide which of them to use because am new in this business. Thank you.
