I need help please. Where can i install code for text links ads?

Yesterday my inventory/ blog was accepted in text link ads and I am now in installing code. The instruction was to upload the plugins. But I don't know where to find the plugins directory. Can somebody have a time to help me? I'm just a new blogger, I really will appreciate your help.

if you are using wordpress,it is inside of wp-includes directory..

Upload the plugin .php file into wp-content/plugins folder and then activate it from your Presentation -> Plugins tab.

yes, i am using wordpress, where can i find the wp-include directory? sorry i am really new in blogging the website was just given to me from a cousin, I wanted to discovered it myself and learn it myself but i just need assistance, thank for your response.
