My wife and I started SpicaCasts.com because we found that there wasn't that much information on it out there. Even though hip dysplasia makes up 75% of all birth deformities. We had to pretty much go into it blindly except for a small two page pamplet telling us what a spica cast was and what kind of treatment she was going to need. SpicaCasts.com will hopefully be a good resource for parents.

Google will rank a website that publishes unique, quality content regularly much higher than a website that is static and rarely updated.
I blog to keep my website fresh and increase the chances of appearing high within search results.

Blogging is fun it is like a diary. But if you are doing it for business it is helpful to gain traffic for your site.
