How Often Do You Blog? And What Do You Normally Blog About?

Some people blog about daily life, while some others blog about latest technology in their blog. What do you blog about? And how often do you blog?

I have a personal blog but rarely update it. I never know what to write about and seem to have more fun working on other things. When I do update it, it's usually a post regarding something someone else wrote that I happen to like.

before I used to update my blog twice a week but after a while I used to post and update it just once a week...I used to write some sports events and new chart topper singles!

I blog about health related topics like muscle pain & sexual health. I post new entry there once a week.

I seem to blog about once a foughtnight, which is not ideal.

I would like to be blogging about once or twice a week but find it difficult, I often think about the quality / quantity trade off. I.e. when I post something that I'm not overly happy with I wonder if it would be better just not posting at all.

In terms of what to post, I post about dealing with work life and getting ahead in the office, dealing with people, how to look busier then you are etc. I really don't know what niche I would classify myself as.

I see so many varieties of blogging out there.
Some post everyday, and some hardly post.
There is quite a balance out there!

For my business blog I blog about how to make jewelry, tips and tricks etc. I don't update as often as I should though. Maybe once a week or so.

I have different blogs and different topics but now I manage my real estate blogs to promote my site.

Depending on the news, I try to update about 3 times a week. I normally write my blogs on the weekend then set them to go public through out the week. I find more people visit my blog via RSS readers if I expand my entries out over the week instead of posting stuff right when written.
