post fresh contents regularly
getting traffic
don't know how to change themes

The challenge is to think a good content to your post and to get traffic of course.

formatting annoys me, I get endless <span> tags in my posts that interfere with expandable posts.

Post quality fresh contents, you can't have a good traffic without content.

I'd say it's posting fresh content. I really don't like writing that much, so I have to force myself to sit down and write new posts at least once a week or it'll never happen.

Other than that, getting traffic is always an issue. Blogs are usually easier to promote than regular sites though.

The two biggest challenges that I have are:
1. I didn't know how to set up WordPress with SEO friendly titles to begin with and now if I try to mess around with the Permalinks, I tend to crash the blog. Amazed that I still have a blog at all.

2. I don't really like writing blog entries (or reading others' blog entries either, for that matter) and have to force myself to write something at least once a month. Half the time I don't even care what I think --- why should anybody else?

I think content is the toughest thing. If a blog has good content, it would get visitors and thus money today or tomorrow.

Working on the link building for the blog for better SERP's it really hard to sumbit to directories and boring ofcourse.

you may find it boring indeed!but then directories are good source of backlinks. for me it was a very challenging.

I think the more challenging for me is providing my blogs with fresh and quality content. That's because this will really take me more time just to come up with nice ideas to make it looks more interesting and informative to my visitors.

Submitting your link to directories, You will increase traffic to your site. Your site will be included in the online directories, as well as the search engines, and this will help you gain traffic as people search directory listings and find your website. Is this challenging?
