Help creating back end of ad platform
What do I have to do to create an ad network that works similar to eyewonder.com using server side code such as php. I am not sure what the best language to use is also.

You can use .asp, would be best language for server code. but you Php is the one of good language for make eyewonder.com type site.

In this situation there is a product I have used before that would be perfect for you. No offence intended but you dont sounds like you have a strong background in web development so hand coding you own solution isnt something I would recommend.

Have a look at a product called phprunner - im not going to link it, you wil have to google it. It can create you a very comprehensive solution using a GUI and it can upload the finished product for you.
