Shipping (zone) issues on paypal

Hi guys,

Got to say that this room (coding forum) isn't one I wonder into very often so I must apologise if this question isn't in the right forum.

PROBLEM: - I have built a website for a client to sell items in the UK using the paypal shopping basket but she has now decided that she wants to send her items abroad and wants customers to pay for shipping.

As far as I am aware, the paypal basket does not allow for this and I am currently unsure on the best way to incorporate this into here site.

Do you guys have any advice on the best way to achieve this? (topping myself is currently not an option)

The website is www.passionhampers.co.uk and before I get any funny comments, yes it is a site selling adult gifts etc..
