problem with php

I finally fixed "Contact" page on my wife website Alechkov.com by using php file from your website. I can receive comments from visitors. But after visitor click "Submit" buttom, next page come out completely blank, just "Thank you for visiting my website". How do I can keep same layout like other pages on website?
Can you explain in plain English?

Thank you

You really have 2 options. You can either restyle the final page to look like your site, or change the form to submit back to itself and display the final message on the same page the form was displayed.

Oh, a third option would be to submit using AJAX .. that way the form remains on page.

Hope that counts as plain English
