Exclamation Import sql data tables into my server ~~

On my server's plesk interface, i've created a database name and a user username/password. But i need to upload the data tables into the database.

You know how in phpmyadmin, you can click on import, then choose a file with .sql extension and it import the file into the database. However, on the plesk interface, there is no such thing as "import". So will i have to use other means of uploading/importing the data tables?

Thx

The steps involved are

1. rm -rf /var/lib/mysql/db_name/*
2. mysql db_name < .sqlfile

If that is true about Plesk remind me to never use it.

The good news for you is that you can open the sql file in notepad or notepad2 and then copy it to the query window .............. oh sh**, that is myphpadmin also!

Are you sure you don't have phpmyadmin on a Plesk server?

Why does my website deployed onto the server looks and acts different in many ways than it does on my computer.

Stuff like php.ini accounts for some differences, but most of hte differences i've experience are styles which puts the problem on css.
