Height = 100%
How can I make it so that my footer is always at the bottom of the page? And by that I mean like if there isn't enough content to force it to the bottom then how do I make the footer stay at the bottom? I thought I could do it making the tabe 100% height wise but that obviously failed.

[FOOTER] always appear at the bottom of the page with this structure.

Edit: I've also added [HEADER] to the top.
