search script with ratings

I'm working on a guitar tabs / song lyrics site and I'm trying to find a free search script that uses ratings and will display pages according to their ratings.

All the scripts I've found so far only show the ratings on the actual page, so youd have to click it to find out the rating. I want to set it up so people can search for a song and see a list of tabs for that song ordered by their rating, then they can rate the tab themselves when they go to the page.

I'd like it to be PHP, but any of the widely supported scripting languages will do.

Can anyone recommend a good free search/direcory script that uses ratings? Are there any lesser known free script sites worth checking out?
