I had this problem fixed a few months ago but like a dummy I deleted the form file lmao..

so can someone tell me what address to use for the form action=cgi-bin/cgiemail etc etc.

i'm trying to get my forms submitted to me with the form information ...but i forgot how to

and when i use a simple mailto for the action, it doesn't include the form..just sends a blank email

Cant you just do action="mail.php" and have mail.php use the mail function to send you the form?

You dont have a local backup you can unzip to get the file back?

Whats the name of the file. I might find a few minutes to hunt the file down in one of our backups.

thanks to a GREAT suggestion from fish i got it to work...one thing though...it won't attach the photo..do i need to do something special and also..i'd like it to redirect to another page..i forgot what field to add in order to redirect it to my choice of pages...

(i realize this may need to be moved now to Coding)

well i figured out something....when i set the Enctype on the form it won't let me send anything..but i need the Enctype set to multipart/form data don't I in order to allow people to attach files right???

is this a server thing?

thanks fish..i gotta get this done by tomorrow night so i'm hoping i can get this attachment thing fixed...i've searched the net and they all say i need the Enctype set as it is but when i do..it won't work...is the server somehow against this?

and i still need help with the redirect...i did it as a tutorial suggested but it won't redirect folks.

nope..i just use the cgiemail from the server..is there another one i can use that's on the server? because i can't download one and put it on the server can i?
