Excellent with Graphics~ but needs help with iframe code ..

Hi. I really need some help. I'm hoping to create a decent fansite. I want to use iframes , terribly. Because I don't want the graphics to have to reload everytime a page link is clicked. But I'm having problems understanding how to use them.

Basically , I want graphic linked iframes. I already have my website graphics mapped out correctly.

Also , I want my graphics to all be centered on the page , like the website there. From the way the page loads I'm guessing the person used frames , but I even have troubles with those.

I am currently using geocities for the coding of my website , then a friend is going to host me on http://vulgarism.net. And I simply need some help here.

One last thing , if you look at my website , you'll notice the scroll bar has a black track/face/highlight/darkshadow color. I'm trying to get it transparent.
