.swf as table bg

I am looking to embed a .swf movie as a table background so I can place another table ontop to place text.... having a few problems, can someone please help. You can have a look at www.purenz.com as an example of what I am looking to achieve.

The top of that page is all Flash cos just do a search on the souce for a menu item like " Accommodation " and you will not see it. The rest of the page is HTML (Just like my portfolio homepage.

add an extra param for wmode to your embed code
