WiseFTP has a built in editor and seems pretty good to me.

As much as people complain about it, Dreamweaver is a good editor, but so is Notepad++

I use this for my CSS tutorial lessons and found it interesting. It's notetab and it has a free version as well....it's notetablight.

Zend is by far the best. It is based on eclipse so they are similar but it provides a million extra options. It increased my efficiency by at least 20x's
