Problem with text not displaying in IE only

Please see this link for the problem: http://omgjustplay.com/devzen3/home.php

If I use FF or Opera it all displays fine, but see in IE it only shows 2 dots of white instead of the whole "Index" word that I want to have shown. It's probably something really silly I'm overlooking, can anyone catch it?

Look into your stylesheet for the H1 inside the #header and remove the following style rule:
margin-bottom: -15px;

btw, in IE8 it shows up ok as it is, the problem is in IE7 I guess?
