Arrow CGI Problems
I'm trying to install a CGI program to my server, but I get this error:

Everything was CHMOD'ED to 777, but it still won't work.

is the cgi folder set to 777 aswell?

i hate it when stuff like that happens.

Yes, the whole cgi-bin folder is set to 777 and all of the files inside are at 777.

They had to be 755, not 777.

A lot of servers won't allow cgi files to execute if they are set to 777. This is because world-writable cgi-bin folders are a severe security risk.
