two Javascript items on one page

Can you have 2 java items on one page?

I'm finding the first item loads ok but the second item fails to load completely

Your title says javascript. Your question says java.

Which is it you are using?

You probably talking about java applets embedded on a website.
Javascript and Java are totally different.

Javascript is a browser scripting programming language.

Yes you can have more than one javascript on a page.

Maybe you have conflicting variables? or an error in the script?
