My website gives a script error

Hello,

Can you please browse to our website datasafexl.com and see why we are getting this script error on some browsers?

I would be very grateful for anyone who can help on this.

MS Script editor is showing there's something wrong with shared/nav.htm.

But there's nothing in there except old HTML coding.

I get these 2 errors through webdeveloper:

1-

You can solve this one by changing the first line in nav.html, you need to setup a correct doctype following the w3c recommendation.

2-

Source File: datasafexl.com/ieupdate.js
Line: 2

Edit ieupdate.js, and change these lines into this:

the doctype error seems to be fixed, but the elem being null is still giving error in Firefox 3.
