How to create a Dynamic Page

Hi there;

I would like to insert a dynamic page into my website as the ones used in blogs and forums where users can insert comments to topics.
I am using Adobe Golive CS to create my websites
What do I have to learn or where can I get the code or whatever is needed to create one?

I have no experience with Adobe Golive CS but I sincerly doubt that it or any other editor of that type is going to be worth a diddly squat when it comes to scripted solutions.

What you want to do is usually done using a database and a series of scripts. There are a few scripts that will write to a text file and not a database.
