Adding auto RSS and a store?

I would like to add a store that feeds from ebay to my WP blog. I would also like to know if there is a way that I could get articles from different news sites (ie: CNN, Foxnews, AP or local news stations).

I am interested in hiring someone but this isn't the correct area so once these questions are answered, I will post for hire.

For the news ones, you'll have to check their websites and see if they provide info on how to add their RSS feed to your blog/website.

Something to think about: You are going to add unique content to the blog also, aren't you? Just reproducing RSS feeds isn't going to help your blog.

I will add unique content to the site but I also want to make it the place firefighters will come to get the latest news.
