PHP code for something like Google Adwords

Wondering if anyone knows of a script on hotscripts or something that will allow you to enter a Tab Delimited section of text which can then be split into sections to be placed into a mysql database.

For example

Bob Eats Fish Regulary
Claire Drinks Apple Juice


Basically if the text was placed in a form box like that it would be split so each line has a database slot.

If that makes no sense sorry its hard to understand.

Basically its a work around from using the phpMyAdmin upload fuction as it doesnt work.

And help appreciated.
