Wordpress CSS Trouble

Hello everyone,

I made a big rookie mistake (making changes to my Wordpress CSS code without making a copy of the original).

I managed to accomplish the intended goal but caused another problem.

At the very bottom of each page I have footer navigation with a disclaimer. Somehow after the changes, the footer is now sitting on top of the page instead of sitting at the bottom by itself.

I attached screen shots and the CSS for my blog. Any help will be much appreciated. I've been through the CSS code twice now trying to make small changes with no success.

The URL for my blog is www.you-on-a-diet.net/blog/ if you want to see a live example. Just look at the bottom of any post.

Thanks again. I'm eager to figure this out.

I've been looking around at other CSS related questions posted in the forum but still have not been able to figure out what is causing the footer to sit on top of the page.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you fixed the problem. Don't worry, even highly experienced developers make mistakes like that. A couple of weeks ago I blindly clicked the "upgrade Wordpress" button and ignored the warnings to back-up my files. It didn't occur to me that upgrading Wordpress would replace the default theme - I'd made all my changes directly to the default theme without copying it to a new location, so the upgrade wiped out all my changes and returned me to the default template. Doh! Had to re-do everything by referencing Google's cache of my page, not good!

Professional developers don't make backups of their codebase, they use SVN instead
